Items purchased from artists on the TeePublic marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. We're always happy to set up a free size exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right. If you're ready to set up an exchange, you can click here to access the Exchange tool on the site.
Returns can be done for all qualifying orders and requests must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Your order will be refunded except for the original shipping fees paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.
If something you received is defective or you have trouble setting up an exchange, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.
The best way to determine what size you need is by measuring a shirt you already love and comparing that with the size chart measurements on the site.
Match those measurements with the ones on our size chart, and you've got yourself a perfect fit! You can also find product measurements in the FAQ here.
As always, we offer free size exchanges for all orders - you can set this up using the Exchange Request page on the site.
